Thank you for attending the 2020 Clallam Night to Shine!
The Night to Shine prom is open to anyone ages 14 and older with special needs.
The prom is 100% FREE of charge to all guests.
Most guests will be brought by a caregiver or parent. The parent/caregiver may either stay with their guest, enjoy our Respite Room, or return at the end of the evening.
Guests will be assigned a buddy during check-in at the prom. The buddy will be responsible for escorting his/her guest throughout the evening.
Guests wishing to have a specific buddy, should put request on their registration form.
What is the dress code for Night To Shine?
What is the dress code for Night To Shine? Guests are invited to wear the best clothes they have. Renting formal wear is not necessary. Many gently used items have been donated and are available free of charge for our guests.

All clothing appointments will be held at Hillcrest Baptist Church, 205 Black Diamond Road, Port Angeles.
If you received formal wear for 2019, we ask that you trade-in before choosing something new for 2020. We ask that you clean your formal wear before returning it.
What activities can be expected at Night to Shine?
Once a guest registers and is assigned his/her buddy, it's time for the Royal Treatment. There will be opportunities for finishing touches of hair and makeup or a shoe shine. Guests will receive a corsage or boutonniere.
Each guest will be announced as they enter the prom. Guests will walk down the red carpet, and crowned King or Queen of the prom. All guests will have a professional photo taken. During the evening guests may enjoy a buffet, a live DJ with dancing, and karaoke.
Security and medical personnel will be onsite throughout the event.
Do you provide transportation to and from the event?
At this time we can not offer transportation to or from the event.
What is the Respite Room?
All parents and caregivers are invited to enjoy the Respite Room for a night of relaxation. This is a time for pampering. Dinner will be served and an invigorating chair massage available.
